Log into your MO&Co. account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
